Welcome to Healthy Socks ("Healthy Socks," "we" or "us") website, www.healthysocks.nl (the "Website"). These terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply to the orders placed by the customer ("you") in your capacity as a consumer for purposes outside of commercial or professional activities. By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions.
Please review the Conditions and make sure that you understand them before you place an order. Note that we have different conditions for different countries/regions. It is therefore important that you make sure that you are on the correct website by choosing your flag/shipping country in the country selector, as you might otherwise read conditions that are not applicable for your specific country/region.
We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Conditions available on the Website at the time of your order, is the version applicable to your order.
PLACING AN ORDER
In order to place an order you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Please note that all orders are subject to availability and that the inclusion of any products on the Website at a specific time does not mean that these products will be available at any time.
You can only place your order via the Website. Please make sure that all details you provide are true and correct. We will use the details provided to communicate with you about your order.
OUR CONTRACT
When you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please note that this email will be an acknowledgement only and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed when we send you an e-mail confirming that the products have been dispatched. Only those products listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in our contract. If we have already received payment for non-available products, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
PRICING
The prices stated on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are final prices. Please note that the prices do not include delivery costs, which are charged separately.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Healthy Socks is not responsible for any changes in currency or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
PAYMENT
We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and several local payment options. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Please note that the products will not be dispatched until the pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. All payments are handled by our secure payment partners.
DELIVERY
Orders within the EU are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. When placing an order, you may choose standard shipping or tracked shipping.
For information on our delivery times, please refer to our shipping overview. We always strive to deliver your ordered products within the stated delivery times. However, due to unexpected events the delivery times are sometimes longer, for example as a result of postal delays or force majeure events. Dispatch times may also be longer during times with higher sales volumes, such as holiday seasons.
Shipping costs will be added where applicable and for the delivery option chosen. For shipping charges, please view our shipping overview. If you have any questions about your delivery, please review our support page where you can also find contact information to the Healthy Socks support team.
RETURNS
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and in accordance with our returns process. Returns will only be accepted if seals are intact and products have not been used. Healthy Socks cannot accept returns where seals have been broken. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Healthy Socks. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Refunds for returned products will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used to make the payment. The refund will be made for the entire product cost (including VAT), however excluding shipping costs.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you reside within the EU, you may cancel the contract for any reason and without a justification within 14 days from receiving the products. To exercise this right, you must send us a clear message of your wish to cancel the contract. You must also, at your own cost, return the products without delay and at latest within 14 days from your message to cancel the contract.
We will refund you the money paid for the products that have been cancelled, using the same method used to make the payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. This includes the delivery costs for standard delivery, except for such additional delivery costs if you have chosen another, more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery.
Please note that if you have handled the products more than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, you will be liable for the diminished value. The right of cancellation does not apply for socks or other products that are sealed and unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount or promotional codes may from time to time be offered. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise noted, all materials on the Website are intellectual property of Healthy Socks. These materials are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in any content is transferred to you. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the Website.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of information on the Website.
COLOURS
We make every effort to display the colours of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
CHOICE OF LAW
These Conditions shall be governed by Dutch law. If you reside in the EU, you are always protected by mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to a competent Dutch court or resolved via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have a complaint regarding a material or manufacturing fault, please contact our support team as soon as possible with a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable laws and our warranty policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Healthy Socks is not liable for business-related losses or losses not caused by a breach on our side. Nothing in these Conditions excludes our liability for matters it would be unlawful to limit under applicable law.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any portion of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Healthy Socks reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim for payment which have arisen in connection with your purchase.

Please note that we ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of all taxes (including VAT) and duties. When your order reaches your country, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs and local sales taxes. This applies for all deliveries outside of the EU. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in the Netherlands. We operate Monday to Friday and not on local public holidays. When placing an order, you may choose standard or tracked shipping.
We always strive to deliver your ordered products within the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. However, due to unexpected events the delivery times may be longer, for example as a result of postal delays or force majeure events. Dispatch times may also be longer during periods with higher sales volumes, such as holiday seasons.

RETURNS
You may return items within 14 days following the delivery of your order, provided they are returned in perfect condition, in original packaging, with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns of unsealed or used socks for hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges for returns are at your own expense. We advise using a tracked service for safe return. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same method as the original payment, and will include the cost of the returned products (excluding shipping).
We do not accept product exchanges.
DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional discount codes may be offered occasionally. Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Terms provided with such discount codes apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, including but not limited to images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials that appear on the Website are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned or licensed by Healthy Socks. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are transferred to you through downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or exploit any of the content.

Nothing in these Conditions limits your statutory rights. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with a detailed explanation. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Healthy Socks is not liable for business losses or losses not caused by a breach on our part. Nothing in these Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The Website and all content are provided “as is” without any warranties. We disclaim all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Healthy Socks may assign payment claims to third parties.
