Shipping Information

Ordering from our webshop is fast and easy. For every product, the estimated delivery time is clearly stated — typically between 1 and 4 business days.

After placing your order, you will first receive a confirmation email with your unique order number, followed by a payment confirmation (if applicable). Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Returns Policy – Healthy Socks

At Healthy Socks, we care deeply about hygiene and product integrity. For this reason, we apply a specific return policy. Please read the guidelines below carefully:

Hygiene Products

Due to the nature of our products, socks fall under the category of hygiene-sensitive items. This means that any item removed from its original packaging or shipping bag/box is not eligible for return. This includes items opened from our blue shipping pouch or any sealed box.

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days to do so — provided the item remains unopened and in its original packaging.

Before returning, please contact our customer service team first at contact@healthysocks.nl.
Unannounced returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted. Our team will assess your return request within 7 business days and guide you through the process.

Track & Trace Required

When returning a product, you must use a shipping method with Track & Trace. This tracking number should be kept safe until your return is successfully completed.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed with our customer support team, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
